Ghanaian football club Okyeman Planners is set to undergo massive restructuring and re-branding as the club seeks to embrace more modern trends in administration of its affair.
In the coming days key strategic announcements are expected from the second-tier club which is solely owned by former Ghana Football Association Vice President George Afriyie.
The action is expected to affect some vital positions and aspects including but not limited to; club logo, colours, name, motto, nickname, media and others.
The Old Tafo-based club is eager to make way for new opportunities and explore various business and commercial lines within the local and international football industry hence the need for the reorganisation and restructuring.
While the club is keen to explore available business opportunity and gain upper commercial advantage within the market, the club will massively improve on branding and marketing as well as embarking on a corporate path to improve key functionalities and enhance performance.
Meanwhile some of the main components that is expected in the new model of the club is the enrollment of strategic drives to improve performance in all departments of the club as well as solidify its core principles embedded in target setting, result-oriented initiatives and achievement.
Okyeman Planners are currently taking part in the Ghanaian Division One League which kick started this weekend.
